RH Investment Properties LLC is Eddie Hembd and Casey Roloff. Eddie is the builder on the ground in Paducah; Casey makes the offers and handles the paperwork. Between them, you'll never deal with a stranger.

Eddie has worked in construction his whole life. He built his first houses in high school, trained at a carpentry trade school while apprenticing with a large Chicago builder, and spent years as a union home builder before starting Limitless Handyman Services in Paducah.
He lives in a Paducah house he remodeled himself. When you call about your house, Eddie is the one who comes out to walk through it, and he prices the repairs himself.

Casey is a U.S. Army veteran who spent 17 years with the U.S. Border Patrol. He bought his first house in 2008 and has invested in real estate ever since, from single-family rentals to an apartment complex and mobile home communities.
He's the one who calls you back, explains how the offer was built, and stays with you through the closing.
