How fast can you close?
You choose the closing date. Once you accept, a local closing attorney in Paducah handles the title work. Most of our closings take two to three weeks, and we can wait longer if you need time to move.
How soon will I get an offer?
Within 24 hours of the walkthrough. Most walkthroughs take about 30 minutes, and we schedule them around you.
Are there any fees or commissions?
No commissions, because we're the buyer, not a real estate agent. We also pay the standard closing costs, so the price we agree on is what you receive, less any mortgage or liens paid off at closing.
Am I obligated to sell if I call you?
No. Calling, sending us your address or getting an offer doesn't commit you to anything. Take the offer, compare it, or tell us no.
