Eddie Hembd, a resident of Paducah, Kentucky, is a certified Master Carpenter with nearly 29 years of industry experience.
His career began in high school, where he built four houses from the ground up. He further refined his skills by completing five years in a Carpentry Trade School while apprenticing with one of the largest construction companies in Chicago.
Eddie spent 20 years as a Union Home Builder before founding Limitless Handyman Services, which he owns and manages. Renowned for his commitment to quality, attention to detail, and innovative solutions, Eddie consistently receives praise from customers for his unique approach and dedication.
Due to his success in the handyman industry, he has expanded his company into a full-time, all-around construction enterprise.
Casey Roloff
Casey Roloff is a seasoned professional with a rich background in leadership and real estate. His career began in the U.S. Army, where he held various leadership positions, followed by 16 years of dedicated service as a Border Patrol Agent in Yuma, AZ.
Casey's journey into real estate started in 2008 when he purchased his first home. He quickly turned this primary residence into an investment by renting rooms to help cover mortgage and utility costs.
From there, Casey's real estate portfolio grew impressively. He acquired another single-family residence for rental purposes, and soon after, a 4-Plex. His ventures continued to expand, including a 31-space mobile home park, an 11-unit apartment complex, and additional mobile home parks with 77, 51, and 35 spaces.
His expertise also extends to commercial real estate, having renovated a 6,400-square-foot office space for his wife Marina's Medspa, Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness, and developed two studio short-term rentals in Downtown Yuma.
Casey's investments and experiences have provided him with the skills and opportunities to offer mutually beneficial sales arrangements, particularly in Paducah, KY, with his partner Eddie.
